Join G4S Events Team as an Events Safety Steward and be part of Live Entertainment Events such as LANA DEL REY KENDRICK LAMAR AND SZA TRSMT and Glasgow Summer Sessions!
Earn 12.60 per hour while working at the events you love!
With a very busy year ahead G4S Events Team is recruiting additional Events Safety Stewards to help deliver unforgettable customer experience at some of Glasgows top venues. This is your chance to be involved in the live entertainment events you love including OVO Hydro SWG3 Glasgow New Edmiston House and TRNSMT 2025 as well as sports venues such as Hampden Park Ibrox Stadium Celtic Football Club and Scotstoun Stadium. This is your chance to be at the heart of the action.
Our Events Safety Stewards provide a visible reminder that safety is our number one priority for visitors and staff therefore you will be responsible for securing the venues staff and visitors for our customers.
This may include:
- Carrying out pre and post event safety checks ensuring compliance with safe working procedures
- Visitor Engagement: Greeting assisting and directing visitors attending the event
- Monitoring visitor/crowd movements and behaviour to identify potential issues or incidents and to take action as necessary
- Delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the visitor experience.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in events is not essential as full training will be provided
- Must be over 18 years old
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Level 2 Spectator Safety qualification not essential but must be willing to complete the fully funded training once on board
- Excellent communication skills and customer focused.

You will just need to complete the following application form and one of our Recruiters will be in touch to discuss the next steps. Our recruitment and selection process will include an interview and screening to BS7858 standards.
