SavvyMoney is hiring for the position of Customer Support Specialist 1. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy and have a love and passion for providing the best customer service experience. In this position you will interact with SavvyMoney users and financial institutions to help them understand the program resolve their issues and promote financial and credit literacy. Your day-to-day work will involve solving problems collaborating to fix issues and representing SavvyMoney to our users and partners with exceptional enthusiasm and commitment.
