We are currently hiring for multiple full-time roles with specialization opportunities in:Math (Grades 38)Literacy (Grades 3 - 5)Primary Education (K2)Social Studies & Humanities (Grades 38)Technology & Innovation (K8 STEAM Enrichment)CIA is not a traditional schoolwe are a bold and dynamic learning ecosystem rooted in curiosity innovation and purpose-driven education. We personalize learning amplify student voice and elevate creativity through interdisciplinary hands-on exploration.---Core Responsibilities:Deliver engaging inquiry-based lessons aligned with Floridas B.E.S.T. Standards and CIAs personalized learning a safe inclusive and academically rich environment where students are empowered to take ownership of their innovative instructional strategies including project-based learning Socratic discussion STEAM integration and design and adapt assessments that measure academic growth and inform with CIAs instructional team to co-design interdisciplinary units and cross-grade strong relationships with students families and the broader CIA technology and hands-on manipulatives to enhance learning particularly in Math and Tech in continuous professional learning coaching and CIA-wide innovation labs.---Qualifications:Valid Florida Educator Certification (K6 Middle Grades or Subject-Specific)Strong understanding of child development and differentiated instructionClassroom management grounded in respect positive reinforcement and proactive systemsWillingness to break the mold of traditional instruction in favor of authentic student-led discoveryExperience (or high interest) in educational innovation micro-schooling or interdisciplinary learningAbility to plan collaboratively and reflect professionally with a growth mindset---Preferred Experience:Familiarity with Science of Reading Singapore Math and inquiry-based Social StudiesSTEAM robotics media arts or coding experience (for Tech positions)Prior experience in gifted education special education or Montessori/Reggio-inspired environments---Compensation & Benefits:Starting salary: $60000 commensurate with experienceComprehensive health and supplemental insurance packagesRetirement planning optionsPaid professional development and collaborative planning timeSupportive leadership and innovation-driven work cultureOpportunities for leadership mentorship and curriculum design---About Curious Innovators of AmericaCIA is a state-of-the-art microschool model transforming the educational landscape.
