Join our Residential Service & Retrofit Department at Clines Air Conditioning in Spokane WA. Spokanes premier commercial service company has expanded into the residential HVAC space and we are ready to bring on another technician!

The Opportunity: Were seeking an experienced residential technician to join our tenured tight knit team and be part of building our residential service and retrofit department. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a new venture within a well-established company. Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential HVAC service and retrofit
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices
- Commitment to excellence integrity and customer satisfaction
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of technicians
- Sales Experience
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Pay & Benefits:
- $30-$45/hour plus commissions and performance incentives
