About the team

The Interviewing Operations Team supports Stripes Recruiting Team through the implementation of various projects and programs designed to streamline our interviewing processes and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include leading high-priority projects to optimize interviewing productivity enabling the adoption of intelligent Recruiting tools creating solutions for reliable hiring at scale and guiding change management. We are looking for a talented program manager to join our Interviewing Programs team.

What youll do

Responsibilities

Serve as the directly responsible individual (DRI) for at least one interviewing operations program such as Interviewer Training Structured Hiring Candidate Experience etc. As DRI:

  • Own the programs annual goals (tracking reporting program-managing)
  • Provide enablement to any users of the program: recruiters hiring managers interviewers etc.
  • Maintain any knowledge articles about the program to ensure accuracy
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements as we scale across recruiting programs and processes to keep them as effective and efficient as possible
  • Develop calibration and assessment rubrics training guides and educational content for all program participants

Run a handful of key initiatives that are essential to the operational success of both the Recruiting Team and the Interviewing Operations Team including but not limited to:

  • Develop and lead interviewing-focused projects to support our hiring teams
  • Lead cross-functional projects by facilitating communication coordination planning and execution across the recruiting team and partners
  • Leverage data to define program success metrics and inform strategic decisions
  • Drive a positive candidate experience
  • Proactively share data-centric updates with stakeholders to maintain aligned decision making and build trusted partnerships
  • Lead change management efforts across our recruiting teams and partners
  • Contribute to other business-critical Recruiting initiatives as needed

Minimum requirements

  • Comfortable navigating recruiting tools; you are curious to explore innovative tools in the space
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel AppScript and complex data manipulation
  • Experience with program management in a fast-paced high-growth environment
  • A passion for creatively scaling programs beyond what theyve done before
  • Strong initiative autonomy critical thinking skills and an eye for the details
  • Proven ability to develop a strong vision translate it into actionable plans and drive execution and results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A data-driven approach to problem solving; you enjoy making sense of trends and using insights to improve your work and environment
  • Adaptability and a growth mindset; you can shift tasks and priorities with circumstances change

Preferred qualifications

  • Functional experience in the recruiting context
  • Ability and willingness to attend to work matters outside normal business hours on an as-needed basis (this role supports a global team so flexibility to adjust your working schedule to connect with counterparts in different time zones is preferable)
