In this role you will be a Building Inspection Engineer for a client that works in the commercial and residential building industry. In this role you will be responsible for proposals field inspections design of repairs and construction oversight.
This is a temp to possible perm position that can be a hybrid opportunity for the right candidate.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree Required
- 5 years of experience in field inspections evaluation and rehabilitation of facades roofing siding building envelope water proofing foundations structural issues flooding and weather damage
- Ability to perform property condition assessments capital reserve studies and prepare quotes for repair/maintenance costs
- Ability to obtain PE at some point
- Autocad Bluebeam and Office
