Senior Healthcare Assistant Complex Care Up to 28000

Our client a domiciliary care provider is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Healthcare Assistant Complex Care to join their dedicated team. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity within a supportive environment where high-quality care and teamwork are at the heart of everything they do.

Our client offers complex care services to individuals in their own homessupporting people with a range of clinical and high-dependency needs to live safely and comfortably in the community. The team works closely with families healthcare professionals and local authorities to provide tailored person-centred care.

As a Senior Healthcare Assistant Complex Care you will play a key role in supporting the management team with the delivery and coordination of complex care packages. This includes planning and supervising care leading by example and helping to ensure care is delivered safely compassionately and in line with best practices.

This is a hands-on role that may include participating in the on-call rota and supporting staff out in the field when needed.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (essential)
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex and/or clinical care needs (essential)
  • Medication administration training (essential)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A calm proactive and person-centred approach to care

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and oversee complex care for individuals with clinical or high-dependency needs
  • Support the management team with rota planning audits care reviews and team supervision
  • Help coordinate and check care delivery to ensure it meets professional legal and regulatory standards
  • Administer medication in line with training and policies
  • Provide on-the-ground support and guidance to care staff
  • Participate in the on-call rota as required
  • Build strong respectful relationships with service users families and professionals
  • Promote dignity independence and safety in every aspect of care
