Your mission
As our Founders Associate based in Berlin youll work directly with our COO and play a key role in driving strategic and operational initiatives across the business. Youll be the right hand in day-to-day execution and a sparring partner for high-impact decisions. From rolling out internal processes to coordinating key cross-functional projects youll help build the foundation for our next stage of growth.

What Youll Be Working On
- Support the COO in daily business operations planning and team coordination.
- Drive cross-functional projects (e.g. product launches operational improvements or internal workflows) from idea to execution.
- Identify and solve bottlenecks to move faster smarter and with clarity.
- Build and improve internal processes that scale with us.
- Prepare strategic insights and reporting that inform key decisions.
- Be a cultural co-creator in our new Berlin hub.
Who Were Looking For
- You have consulting experience and are comfortable managing complex projects and stakeholders.
- Youre based in Berlin and excited to work closely with the leadership team.
- Youre a structured hands-on thinker who brings clarity ownership and momentum.
- You communicate clearly ask smart questions and stay calm in dynamic environments.
- You thrive in fast-paced settings where no two days are the same.
- Bonus: Youve worked in a startup or B2B SaaS environment and enjoy the pace and variety.
Not Quite Your Thing
This role is for people who love variety ownership and momentum. If youre looking for a clearly defined job with fixed responsibilities this might not be the right fit. The Tools Youll Be Using
You dont need to be an expert in all of these. What matters most is curiosity and drive.
We currently use:
- Notion for knowledge planning and documentation
- Teamwork to manage projects and priorities
- HubSpot for customer and pipeline insights
- Excel & Google Sheets for KPIs reporting and models
- Outlook & Teams for email and scheduling
- Slack for day-to-day communication and quick collaboration
Youll help us improve how we use these tools and introduce better ones if needed.
