- Hours of work - 11pm to 7am 4 days on/4 days off

We are seeking a diligent and responsible individual who has experience working with young people for the role of Overnight Residential Supervisor. The primary focus of this position is to provide active overnight supervision and pastoral care to students residing in the Boarding Houses by regularly and randomly circulating through each area and responding to any needs that may arise overnight with an acute focus on student safety and support.

Skills And Experiences
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
- Ability to demonstrate and authentically promote Ballarat Grammars values.
- An understanding of the wellbeing needs of young people.
- Experience working in a supervisory role within a residential or care setting.
- Demonstrated maturity reliability and ability to work independently.
- Ability to remain alert and responsive throughout overnight hours.
- Current Advanced First Aid Certificate(or willingness to obtain)
