Job Description

Monday - Friday 7 am - 4:30 pm
Job Responsibilities
Prioritizing work orders and assigning tasks to technicians based on complexity and skill level required.
Maintaining communication with customers technicians and service management to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
Managing the scheduling and distribution of work among technicians optimizing productivity and minimizing delays.
Handling customer inquiries and providing updates on service progress.
Ensuring compliance with automotive repair processes and procedures.
Job Qualifications
The role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. CDK experience preferred. Must have the ability to pass a background and MVR check

Physical Demands:
Regularly required to stand and reach with hands and arms.
