Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - 3rd Shift - Trach/Vent
Position: Part-Time and Full-Time Available
Starting Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour (Pay determined by experience)
Job Description:
Interim HealthCare of Central PA is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide overnight shift care for an adult that is dependent for all care including tracheostomy and ventilator management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with full personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and oral hygiene
- Medication administration and nutrition via g-tube
- Manage trach and vent care
- Follow the client/patient individualized plan of care
- Notify supervisor of change in condition or status

Requirements:
- Active LPN license in PA
- CPR Certification
- Six months experience in home care or healthcare setting required
- Reliable transportation
- Able to frequently lift reposition or transfer client/patients
