Position Summary:The Director of Finance and Administration is directly responsible for all aspects of the schools businessoperations with primary responsibility for strategic financial planning budgeting accounting internal controlsperiodic financial reporting. The Schools Technology Coordinator and Facilities director report to the Directorof Finance and Administration and the position also oversees the Schools human resources firm. The positionreports directly to the School Leader serves as a key member of the senior leadership team and serves as theliaison to the Board of Directors Finance and Human Resources Committee and Campus and ideal candidate is a mission-driven strategic thinker who has superb people skills uncompromisingjudgment and integrity experience in an independent school (strongly preferred) and a demonstratedcommitment to hallmarks of the mission of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur. This is a full-time (12 month) position.
