Job Description

Essex North Shoreis seekingaCTAE Pathways Instructorstarting August 25 2025. TheCTAE Pathways Instructorworks collaboratively with CTAE teachers the Teacher Induction Supervisor and administrators to improve the quality of teaching and student learning in a vocational setting. Further this individual is responsible for teaching Common Strand/Pathway courses. At this time the position is0.6 Instructional Coachand0.4CTAE Pathways Instructor.

In addition to instructional responsibilities this non-evaluative role focuses on providing job-embedded professional development mentoring and coaching to support the implementation of effective instructional practices and curriculum standards in vocational programming.

Must be licensedby the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education with five years of teaching experience.

Satisfactory CORI SORI DCF Registry and SAFIS required.

General OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.

OSHA Train-the-Trainer certification preferred.

Bilingual preferred.
