We are looking for a professional service-driven Evening Dining Room Supervisor to lead and oversee the evening dining operations at Savannah Country Club.
Position: Evening Dining Room Supervisor
Schedule: Primarily evenings including weekends and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the dining room staff during evening service
Ensure excellent member and guest experiences by maintaining high service standards
Oversee dining room setup cleanliness and readiness before each shift
Train coach and support servers bartenders and support staff
Handle member or guest concerns promptly and professionally
Coordinate with the kitchen and event staff for smooth service flow
Manage floor operations including table assignments and reservations
Monitor staff appearance performance and adherence to club standards
Assist with end-of-day reports and closing duties
Requirements:
Previous supervisory or lead server experience in a restaurant club or hospitality setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commitment to delivering exceptional service
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
Knowledge of food wine and beverage service preferred
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay or salary based on experience
