The Role:
Reporting to the Associate Director Systems Engineering- Internal Warehouse the Software Engineer will support the design development implementation and technical support of SAP EWM across a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This position will play a key role in supporting the logistics strategy and will collaborate cross functionally to align data processes and technology throughout the deployment of solutions.

Heres What Youll Do:
Collaborate with EWM colleagues and cross functional team members to design enhance and support SAP EWM solutions.
Act as the primary logistics digital partner providing SAP S/4 support and business analysis for supply chain operations in a fast-paced clinical and commercial environment.
Ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with MES external partners serialization and automation projects.
Participate in projects focused on automation commercial shipping models and process enhancements.
Support Phase 3 clinical trial operations for the Personalized Cancer Vaccine and its transition to commercialization.
Conduct data analysis program debugging and report writing.
Develop business design documents functional specs test scripts and SOPs.
Support SAP projects to drive continuous improvement in logistics activities.
Provide day-to-day support to the site for warehouse operations
Heres What Youll Bring to the Table:
Education: Bachelors degree or Equivalent
Overall Experience: 4-7 years of professional experience in SAP solutions preferably in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) SAP S/4HANA or SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) At least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM implementation support and enhancements.
Industry Experience: Experience in pharmaceutical biotechnology or manufacturing industries is preferred especially in warehouse and logistics operations.
Integration Experience: Good to have experience integrating SAP EWM with MES serialization and external logistics systems (WES / WCS).
Experience in an FDA-regulated environment such as pharmaceuticals or medical devices is preferred.
