Life on the Team
As an Associate Technical Analyst in our IT Asset Management team youll play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets within the organization. Youll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment where attention to detail and proactive problem-solving are key. From procurement to retirement youll help ensure that our assets laptops desktops mobile devices and other hardware are accurately tracked effectively managed and delivered on time.
Youll work closely with internal teams vendors and logistics partners to ensure our asset lifecycle processes are smooth compliant and efficient. This role offers you a great opportunity to build expertise in Device Lifecycle Management (DLM) while contributing directly to operational success and end-user satisfaction.
What Youll Do
End-to-End Asset Lifecycle Management
Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets from procurement and deployment to return disposal or recycling ensuring all processes align with business policies and IT standards.Inventory & Records Management
Maintain accurate asset records using tools such as ServiceNow or other asset management platforms. Regularly update asset status location and ownership.Reporting & Data Analysis
Generate and deliver timely reports on asset inventory procurement status and lifecycle metrics using advanced Excel functions (PivotTables VLOOKUP etc.).Audits & Reconciliations
Conduct routine asset audits and reconciliations to maintain data accuracy and support compliance efforts.Vendor & Logistics Coordination
Collaborate with vendors for procurement track deliveries manage returns and ensure accurate invoicing. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely asset delivery and distribution.Deployment & End-User Support
Support the deployment of new devices to end users and work with IT support teams to address hardware issues repairs or replacements.Customer Engagement
Effectively manage customer expectations and contribute to a positive IT support experience through clear communication and timely updates.
What Youll Need
Experience:
13 years of experience in IT Asset Management with a strong focus on Device Lifecycle Management (DLM).Education:
A 3-year diploma after 12th grade or a graduate degree (minimum 15 years of formal education).Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables VLOOKUP formulas) for reporting and analysis
Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar IT asset management platforms
Familiarity with ITIL best practices especially in procurement and asset disposal
Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
Soft Skills:
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with vendors logistics teams and internal stakeholders
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
