We are looking for our next Group Reward Analyst intern/apprentice as of September/October 2025 and for 12 months at our AXA Headquarters!

Location : 25 avenue Matignon 8th arrondissement Paris.

The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. Within the AXA Group HR department you will join the Group Reward team as Reward Analyst.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:

What Youll Do

• Assist the Group Reward team in its missions various transversal projects and initiatives such as fair pay diversity & inclusion and HRIS transformation.
• Support on various Reward topics by:
• Contributing to the Group Executives compensation review (main process during the year)
• Support with the Group Executives role grading process and external benchmarking exercise
• Engage with external consultants and third parties providers involved in our Group Reward processes
• Be a support pillar for the team in data management and analysis creating reports and dashboards using our internal HRIS database to extract relevant information for high-level decision making.
• Helping the team maintain up to date individual files and compensation database monitoring data quality and consistency in a complex and fast-paced environment.
• Provide support to the project team involved in the transformation project of our internal AXAs Executive Compensation Review tool.

YOUR PROFILE

Who You Are

• Strong ability to analyze and interpret data with capacity to react and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
• Advanced level of Excel
• Project Management and result oriented in a multi-cultural environment/mindset
• Fluent in English both written and verbal able to also understand French
• First experience in HR / Rewards is a plus
• Completing a Master degree in HR or Finance (business school is appreciated)
