- Estimated hourly base pay: Level 1:$21.00 (minimum) - $26.25 (midpoint) - $31.50 (maximum)

If youre a Potting and Encapsulation Machine Operator we have an exciting opportunity for you! In this role you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our potting process for solenoids.
** This position is for afirst-shift role Monday through Friday (5X8) starting at 5am.
What You Will Be Doing
- Operate monitor and maintain potting machines including black potting machines and vacuum chambers.
- Work with equipment such as high-temp machines ovens and other tools used in the encapsulation process.
- Take ownership of the potting process gaining an intimate understanding of the machines and their operations.
- Perform epoxy potting and encapsulation of solenoids with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensure consistency and quality in all steps of the epoxy potting process.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to minimize downtime.
- Follow safety and quality protocols to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the potting room.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience with epoxy potting and encapsulation processes is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience operating potting and encapsulation machines vacuum chambers and related equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Mechanical aptitude and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with solenoids or similar components is a plus.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control processes in a manufacturing environment.
