Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with exceptional time-management and communication skills capable of handling a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules appointments and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence communications presentations and other documents
Coordinate meetings including logistics agendas and follow-up tasks
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Run personal errands and assist with personal tasks as needed
Maintain filing systems and ensure data accuracy
Monitor and manage email communications and phone calls
Perform general office duties and administrative tasks
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
