Job Description:
Beloform is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients guests and team members. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities with efficiency and a welcoming attitude helping ensure a smooth flow of operations in a dynamic office environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
Answer screen and direct incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition
Receive sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Perform administrative support tasks such as data entry filing and record maintenance
Support other departments with clerical duties as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
