Work Location & Shifts: 25100 Globe St. Moreno Valley CA 92551 2nd Shift 3:00 PM Start
Pay: $24.00 per hour. Occasional (OT). Additional positions could pay even more for additional experience!

Overview
Under the general direction of the Maintenance Supervisor/Plant Manager this position is responsible for supporting various maintenance functions including but not limited to: troubleshooting running equipment modifications to existing equipment preventative and predictive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Position will require flexible hours on the weekends. Must be able to work overtime.
What you will do:
- Strong relentless and consistent focus on safety
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Performing preventative maintenance
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance on equipment and throughout facility
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them
- Repairing machines equipment or structures as necessary
- Ability to maintain focus while working individually
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
What you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance service
- Electrical experience needed in 460/230 3 phase services troubleshooting circuits motor starters lighting and control wiring
- Pneumatic understanding or manufacturing machinery and general plumbing skills highly desirable
- Must have experience with hydraulic pumps and piping
- Ability to weld with mig and stick machine
- Proper use of torch rig electrical hand tools grinders drill motors die grinders porta band and bench grinder
- Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
- Must be able to climb a ladder and work in high areas
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- The ability to work accurately thoroughly and meet deadlines
- Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) Technical education is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
- This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and be highly alert at all times
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Proven maintenance experience such as repairs associated with pneumatic hydraulic electrical systems
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
- Ability to take apart machines equipment or devices to remove and replace defective parts
- Ability to check/read blueprints repair manuals or parts catalogs as necessary
- Ability to use common tools such as hammers hoists saws drills and wrenches
- Forklift man lift and associated safety equipment experience preferred
- Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices
- CNC equipment experiences preferred
- Software and program loading experience preferred
- Welding and metal fabrication experience preferred
- Strong organizational follow up and communication skill and extreme eye for detail
- Strong time management skills maintaining an active work list and timely completion of work items
- Regular attendance and timeliness is an essential function of the job in order to
- avoid having any disruptions in production and customer service
- Follow all operational and safety SOPs as written
