Job Description
New Bern Auto Group is seeking a Automotive Service Lane Manager / Dispatcher
Description
The Lane Manager / Dispatcher is essential in ensuring processes are followed in the Service Lane and work is being distributed to the proper technicians.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring Processes are being followed in the Service Lane
- Dispatching Repair Orders to the appropriate Technicians
- Handling Customer Concerns
- Conducting Weekly Advisor Reviews
- Leading Meetings
- Active involvement in T.O.s to provide a fresh perspective and presentation to customers.
- Closing Repair Orders
- Assist customers in servicing repairing and explaining each service need.
- Filling in at the desk when needed
- Understanding customers requirements and concerns; matching requirements and concerns to various service options.
- Keeps abreast of new products features accessories and attend product training as required.
- Assisting in Hiring
- Monitoring Usage of Systems
- Creating & achieving goals for Effective Labor Rate ASR percentages Hours Per RO Xtime Utilization Uveye Rapid Recon etc.
- Maintaining a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately.
Qualifications
- Experience in Service Advising and being a Top Performer
- Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
- Motivated and Enthusiastic
- Drivers License
- Background Screening
