You have completed a BS in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering degree. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. You have worked in an engineering role for at least 3 years and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

• Prolonged experience with industrial automation instrumentation and controls
• Design/program industrial PLCs - specifically Allen-Bradley but doesnt have to be exclusive
• Evaluate electrical systems toward applicable electrical standards human factors installation/cost and maintenance best practices
• Oversee field work including new installations integration into existing systems and troubleshooting
• Project Management experience - capital appropriations cost schedule. Managing electrical craft resources

Your Opportunity

You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an Electrical Engineer in Richland WA you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Business Unit. Your work will include:

• Design and maintenance of nuclear fuel fabrication plant manufacturing equipment
  
• Ensure components and assemblies adhere to applicable industry and business standards
  
• Consults with engineering staff and technicians/craft to ensure compliance with design specifications and plant or industry standards.
  
• Apply advanced techniques in CAD and incorporate standard design applications.
  
• Start up commissioning operations and maintenance of process and production equipment and associated facilities and support systems.
  
• Support of 24/7 fuel manufacturing facility in engineering projects and maintenance.
  
• Learn existing plant systems and support improvement projects and maintenance activities at a facility with highly automated chemical

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $92000 - $124000 and may also include annual incentives performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location.
