About the Role:
Were on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Sprinkler Foreman whos ready to lead build and protect. In this role youll oversee the installation of fire sprinkler systems on commercial and residential job sites ensuring quality safety and code compliance.
Youll work side-by-side with a team that respects your experience trusts your leadership and supports your growth every step of the way.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and manage fire sprinkler installation crews on job sites
- Read blueprints and ensure systems are installed per NFPA codes and local regulations
- Coordinate with project managers contractors and inspectors
- Train and mentor apprentices and technicians
- Maintain site safety and Superheros commitment to excellence
What Were Looking For:
- 5 years of fire sprinkler installation experience
- NICET certification or state journeymans license (preferred)
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs
- Passion for quality safety and craftsmanship
