Job Description
Interim HealthCare of the Eastern Carolinas now hiring part time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)for Skilled Nursing pediatric Case in Pender County.
- Monday/Wednesday/Friday
- 3:00pm-11:00pm
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)responsibilities include:
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with the patients needs
- Perform assigned duties including administration of medication minimal trach care treatments and procedures
- Monitor clients conditions; reporting changes to our RN
- Follow up with execute and properly document doctors orders
- Accurately document observations interventions and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
Job Requirements
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)requirements include:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) active license in the State of North Carolina
- Current CPR Certification
- One (1) year of experience in healthcare; home care home health hospital and/or long-term care environment (preferred)
- Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
- Trach care experience required
- Valid drivers license auto insurance and reliable transportation
