Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist to join our team in Mesa AZ.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at the listed location.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops coordinates integrates analyzes and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements.
Produces metrics for plans and schedules for moderately complex projects programs and change activities across the lifecycle of a program.
Performs studies/analysis and planning efforts within and/or across programs/projects organizations or business units to determine impacts constraints and plans involving product development production rates production development activities process improvement or program initiatives.
Develops the Integrated Master Plan schedule and supports change incorporation plans related to integrated scheduling products.
Performs integration of program plans and schedules horizontally and vertically across company functional product groups suppliers and partners of moderate complexity.
Identifies analyzes and reports performance variances to management.
Works with customers to develop performance recovery plans and incorporates recovery plans where appropriate.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1 years of experience in Integrated Planning & Scheduling or Program Management
Bachelors degree or higher
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Good communication skills
Strong problem solving abilities
Knowledge of scheduling basics and/or Program Management
3 years of experience in Integrated Planning & Scheduling or Program Management

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications as well as

Level 2 Summary Pay Range: $68850 - $93150
Level 3 Summary Pay Range: $87550 - $118450
Level 4 Summary Pay Range: $107950 - $146050
