Role Summary
The HR Optimization Lead will serve as a strategic advisor and right hand to the CHRO driving alignment and execution across the Human Resources function. Acting as a connector among HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (COEs) this role ensures functional priorities move forward with clarity consistency and accountability.
This role is ideal for a senior HR professional with strategic thinking able to manage complex organizational dynamics and drive results through influence. The candidate should have human capital consulting and project management skills combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution. This position supports the CHRO and HR team in achieving company people goals and organizational impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CHRO helping to define prioritize and operationalize the HR strategy. Partner closely with senior leadership across the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive key HR initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison across HR COEs and HRBPs ensuring alignment and coordination on cross-functional initiatives
- Facilitate communication and alignment across the HR leadership team. Prepare briefing materials presentations and reports for key meetings.
- Track and follow through on key HR initiatives timelines and decisionsholding teams accountable while surfacing blockers
- Develop presentations updates and communications that support internal HR messaging and leadership visibility
- Anticipate emerging organizational needs and proactively provide strategic input
Partner with senior leaders to connect HR initiatives with broader business priorities - Support the CHRO with ad hoc analyses project management and enterprise-level coordination
- Drive clarity and simplicity in complex or ambiguous situations without direct ownership of resources
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience preferably in a generalist or HRBP capacity with exposure to multiple HR functions
- Experience supporting senior executives or functioning in a Chief of Staff HR Strategy or Transformation capacity
- Strong relationship management organizational savvy and influencing skills across senior levels
- Ability to distill complexity and drive alignment across functions
- Exceptional communication project management and follow-through
- Bachelors degree required; advanced degree or HR certifications a plus
