Job Description

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:Keeps building and premises including sidewalks driveways and play areas neat clean and safe and keeps the grounds free of rubbish at all daily to ensure that all exit doors are open and all panic bolts are working properly during the hours of building vacuums classrooms daily. Dusts furniture and cleans hoses down and disinfects toilet floors daily and cleans all sanitary fixtures and drinking fountains all windows on both the inside and outside as all floors including corridors entries and stairwells in a clean attractive condition and in a good state of preservation at all needed repairs and damage (major or otherwise) to school property furniture or equipment as required for various activities and as minor repair functions such as replacing light bulbs securing pencil sharpeners replacing chair glides etc.
