Job Summary
A Field Service Executive primarilyprovides on-site support maintenance and repair services for clients often involving troubleshooting installation and customer are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
manage and respond timely on customer calls through out India.
attend the site for commissioning & customer complaint
the service call attendance and resolution at the site within the predefined timeline
customers through technical and administrative activities
customer needs and concerns
a high level of customer service
and submitting service reports
technical direction to the team.
the installation operation and maintenance training to internal and external customers
in the training of new team members.
the adequate spare part for stocking at the site to minimize the machine downtime
spare sale team in Projections and ordering from the customer for the spare sale
the Aftermarket spare sale team to maximize AMC coverage.
coordination with factory team to ensure timely availability of spares on site.
spare sales and execution team for payment follow ups.
