Job Purpose:
- The Senior Group Manager Identity and Access Management (IAM) will oversee the development implementation and management of the IAM framework across the organization. This role involves significant interaction with multiple stakeholders including vendors implementation leads and key business units. The candidate will ensure that security requirements align with business needs and drive the rollout of enhanced access management controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of IAM professionals to support the rollout of the organizations IAM and PAM frameworks across various regions.
- Develop and implement IAM programs and initiatives to enhance the organizations digital security posture.
- Guide application and IT security managers in reviewing and defining access rights within existing applications.
- Ensure the integration of IAM processes and controls into the organizations standard access management platforms.
- Maintain clear communication and progress tracking of key IAM projects.
- Collaborate with technical implementation teams and business stakeholders to deliver secure and efficient IAM processes and systems.
- Oversee the deployment and implementation of IAM solutions ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices with a central focus on alignment with business needs.
- Review and monitor the execution of key IAM controls and BAU activities to ensure alignment with SOPs and identify avenues for automation and optimization to increase process efficiency.
- Identify and address potential security risks and vulnerabilities within the IAM framework.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IAM technology and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Out of total experience of 10 to 15 years 8 years of experience in managing IAM solutions and overseeing their deployment and implementation.
- Proficiency in IAM technologies and tools (e.g. SailPoint Saviynt Okta).
- Proficiency in PAM technologies and tools (e.g. CyberArk HashiCorp OneTrust).
- Strong knowledge of IAM processes including user access management privileged access management and identity governance.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure GCP) and DevOps environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
