Salary:Circa 40000 - 45000 (national) - Circa 47000 - 52000 (London) (depending on location skills experience and qualifications)

A bit about the job:

Were looking for a Claims Service Manager to help shape how we support our strategic clients. This role is all about proactive account management continuous improvement and delivering high-quality service. Youll work closely with key partners brokers internal teams and senior stakeholders to ensure we meet our clients needs. Its a great opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative client-focused environment. For this role we are looking for candidates ideally with Motor or Home Claims Insurance knowledge and/or strong relationship management experience ideally working in the insurance/banking/other financial services sectors.

Skills and experience were looking for:

• Knowledge of motor or home claims or the insurance industry is preferable
• Experience building strong client relationships in a service-led role
• Confident communicator with great negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to manage complex client scenarios and offer expert advice
• A track record of driving process improvements and delivering strategic plans
