Finance Graduate

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Graduate to join us on a 3 year rotational graduate scheme starting September 2025. Our graduate schemes are all about creating our future leaders. Youll be working as part of our core business teams where youll be supported every step of the way enjoying structured training and the chance to shine through working on exciting projects. Youll gain wide-ranging experience of a big business and bags of industry insight. Our graduate roles are a great opportunity for you to kick-start your career well help you on your way to climbing the career ladder into managerial roles within both the function and wider business. The role is hybrid and youll be amongst our amazing team 3 days per week at our Morley office working remotely for the other 2 days.

• Youll rotate around our Finance teams where youll work on business priorities and improvement projects.
• Youll get involved in different areas from accounting commercial finance business partnering financial planning analysis and business intelligence.
• Youll be hands on producing monthly and weekly management reports as well as carrying out a variety of other analysis and support work for the broader finance team and wider business.
• Youll be nurtured as part of the EVRi Emerging Talent Development programme with a business mentor provided to support you on your journey with us.
• Youll have the support of a graduate head of year and mentors / buddies from across finance.
• As well as learning on-the-job youll study for a level 7 CIMA qualification. Well support you by paying for your exam fees and giving you study leave where youll gain the skills and experience you need to enjoy a rewarding career as an accountant and beyond!

What Youll Need To Become an EVRi Finance Graduate:

• A minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline.
• We do not accept exemptions.
• A minimum Grade B (5/6) in Maths and English GCSEs.
• Great communication skills and the ability to lead influence and build strong working relationships with a diverse team of people.
• A full UK driving license as some travel may be required in this role between EVRi and client sites.
