Package contains: Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician
- Income guarantee $250-265000.00 starting base. then $300-350k after year 1. Large catchment for 400k people

Job/Practice Description: Family Medicine Physician / Internal Medicine
- 8 IM/FMs and 7 APPs
- Schedule M-F 8:00am-5:00pm - flex schedule 4.5 days in clinic
- 100% Outpatient
- Average Patient Volume: 14-22 patients per day
