Registered Nurse Manager Trauma ICU
Our Client: Our Client is a full-service healthcare provider located in Wichita KS.
The Position: Our Client is seeking a qualified registered nurse for the trauma operating room. Our Client is offering the following benefits and compensation:
- $77000 to $115000 depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:
- Shifts: Full time days no weekends no call!
- Number of ICU Trauma Beds: 26
- Types of Services: Level I Trauma Open Hearts Comprehensive Stroke Program will be adding ECMO
- The Nursing Manager provides leadership through planning organizing coordinating monitoring and evaluating the care provided for patients in individual units.
- Responsibilities include fiscal human resources risk management and operational functions.
- Interpreting EKG rhythms Vasoactive and Cardiac IV medications Ventilator management
- MediTech documentation including visual flow sheet Arterial and Venous blood draws Obtaining 12-lead EKGs
Job Requirements:
- Kansas Registered Nurse (In good standing)
- Must have BSN or willingness to obtain BSN within reasonable amount of time from hire date (Facility will pay for candidate to obtain BSN)
- 3 Years of experience in critical care nursing (ICU PACU OR ED)
- Some leadership experience required (will consider CNC experience)
- BLS and ACLS certification at time of hire
- Strong critical care experience leadership abilities and teaching/rounding abilities
