As a Data Integrity Analyst supporting Business Insights and Data Engineering Teams you will be trusted to work on data validation ETL development and cross-functional collaboration in our Fort Worth TX office.
In this role a typical day will include:
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and team members to understand and translate business requirements into well-structured databases.
- Building and maintaining robust ETL processes data pipelines and architectures for seamless data flow and analysis.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to support data-driven business initiatives.
- Ensuring data accuracy integrity and reliability across all projects.
- Presenting clear and actionable data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science Data Science Business Analytics).
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in SQL and Python (internships/practical projects included).
- Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and maintain Single Source of Truth databases.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in data technologies or cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Tableau).
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with R AWS Excel Tableau Alteryx or similar tools like Tableau Prep Talend or Power Query.
- Industry Experience: Background in a commercial finance or healthcare data environment.
