MARKETING COORDINATOR:

WHAT YOULL DO:

As our Marketing Coordinator you will work side-by-side with our Brand Marketing Managers to move projects from start to finish ultimately ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget. Every day you will offer hands-on help with graphic design social media events email marketing and content creation. This will require a high attention to detail and the flexibility to assist a very busy team in the day-to-day of running creative projects. To thrive in this role you must have a winning attitude a creative mindset and enjoy working in a team environment.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Bachelors degree and three-plus years of related marketing experience including demonstrated experience working with a project management system (i.e. Trello Basecamp etc.).
  • Social media management experience a plus.
  • Previous experience working with third-party firms vendors and/or suppliers.
  • Organized reliable a self-starter and have above average oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage a high volume of incoming requests across various Pape operating companies.
  • Occasional overnight travel will be required.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $45000-$50000/hr (Depending on Experience)
