As the Library Programs Officer youll design and deliver a wide range of library programs and events both in-house and out in the community that reflect the diverse interests of our residents and visitors. Youll help boost the librarys presence by running engaging activities that align with our goals and work closely with schools local groups and businesses to promote literacy lifelong learning and library participation.
A big part of your day will be providing friendly high quality front desk service by welcoming visitors answering questions and resolving issues. We are looking for someone who is helpful builds strong relationships and is excited about connecting people with library services.

$73756 - $85402 per annum plus superannuation
To be successful you will need a Diploma qualification in Library and Information Services or equivalent field and demonstrated experience working in a public library along with a proven ability to deliver inclusive library programs and build strong collaborative relationships within the community.
