About the Role
As a key member of our HR operations team youll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of employee data in ADP Workforce Now (WFN). This includes handling data entry validating information and ensuring that all data integrated from SuccessFactors Employee Central is correctly displayed in WFN. Youll play a vital role in supporting the seamless flow of HR data and ensuring smooth HR operations.

- Ensuring accurate data entry and validation within ADP Workforce Now (WFN) ensuring the integrity of employee records.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any data discrepancies proactively addressing issues and ensuring that data transfers from SuccessFactors Employee Central to ADP WFN are correct and error-free.
- Serving as a reliable resource for data-related inquiries from employees supporting HR processes with precise and timely information.
- Other duties as assigned.
About You
- 1 year of experience using ADP Workforce Now preferred.
- You are a detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Youre comfortable working with data and have a passion for maintaining organized systems.
- Youre a skilled communicator able to effectively interact with employees and ensure that all HR data is managed smoothly.

The hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 per hour.
The salary is determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data for geographic locations. Ariat in good faith believes that this posted compensation range is accurate for this role at this location at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This contract position may be eligible for select benefits through the payrolling agency. Benefits may include medical dental and vision insurance options and 401k.
