What we are looking for
We are looking for two Community Housing Officers to join our team in Housing Management. To be successful you will share ourvalues commitment and motivation to make a difference for our residents clients and communities.
About the role
Join our Housing Management Service as a Community Housing Officer and play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of tenancies and communal spaces. We are committed to providing safe secure and supportive living environments for all council tenants and leaseholders.
The Housing Service has just been transformed and you will have a number of properties you will be fully responsible for taking pride and ownership for the quality of the neighbourhoods and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
About you
We are looking for a professional person with knowledge of housing management anti-social-behaviour health and safety for residents and working within local communities.
You will need to either hold be working towards or commit to completing a CIH Level 3 qualification in Housing Management.
