Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer - Leamington Spa - up to 35k basic plus commission
A fabulous opportunity has arisen to join this leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established for many years in the Leamington Spa area. Due to continued growth they are now looking for an experienced Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join their team who will be carrying out viewings valuations and business generation. This is a great opportunity to join this really friendly team.
Duties for the Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer will involve:
- Registering applicants and matching to suitable properties
- Arranging and carrying out viewings
- Arranging and carrying out market appraisals
- Providing feedback to vendors
- Negotiating offers between vendors and purchasers
- Progressing sales through to completion
Essential Skills Required:
- Estate Agency Sales Negotiating and Valuing experience
- Well presented
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong IT skills
- Full driving licence and car for which mileage is paid
