The role
As the Coordinator Assessments you will be responsible for the supervision and development of a small team of assessment officers ranging between 6-8 staff reviewing assessment briefs analysing and interpreting Court decisions and legislation and providing day to day support to the team in the assessment of Aboriginal land claims.
You will assist with staff and stakeholder enquiries and develop monitor and improve policies practices and procedures associated with Aboriginal land claim assessments.
This is a high performing team where you will have the ability to see the real impact the team are making across community and be at the forefront as a part of the leadership team.
You will be someone who ideally has exposure to legal principles be adaptive and innovative be a strong effective leader as well as self-motived and driven to succeed.
