Summary
Computer Based Training Instructor (CBTI) at Camp Shelby MS on the Mobile Close Combat Tactical Trainer (MCCTT) on the Army Training Aids Devices Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) Program (ATMP). ATMP is the next worldwide integrated training systems maintenance and sustainment contract for the Armys TADSS Instrumentation Systems (ISs) and Live-Fire Ranges. It will provide training and engineering services integrally related to Army TADSS maintenance.
Essential Functions

Verbally brief instruct and physically demonstrate use of simulator systems to the customer base.
Use current tactical doctrine to organize computer generated forces plan offensive or defensive operations as required execute command and control for both manned simulators and computer-generated forces their movement and maneuver fire support and other military aspects of a battle to successfully achieve customer-based training objective.
Use specialized computer software and/or hardware to develop integrate and edit instructional text audio graphics animation and video for interactive presentations.
Employ appropriate programming/branching logic and screen layout and remediation/feedback techniques.
Implement quality control and review and revision procedures throughout the courseware development process.
Travel
Limited travel may be required to support other CCTT/RVTT facilities worldwide.
Expected Hours of Work
A standard 40-hour workweek Monday to Friday. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet project deadlines and client requirements.

Education and/or Experience
Must be a high school graduate or possess equivalency diploma
Graduate of either the US Army Combined Arms Staff Service School (CAS3) Officer or Warrant Officer Advanced Course Master Gunner Course Primary or Advanced Non-Commissioned Officers Course which included instruction in tactical operation of platoons companies/troops and their support units.
Minimum of five years instructor/training experience

Citizenship
U.S. Citizenship required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.

Language Skills
Proficiency in speaking reading and writing in English. Ability to read analyze and interpret common professional and industry relevant technical literature. Ability to correspond professionally effectively and efficiently with coworkers subcontractors customers regulatory agencies or members of the business community in person and in a virtual team environment.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to comprehend calculate and apply principles of business math.
Computer Skills
Solid Technology skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are essential. Experienced and proficient in the use of standard personal computer software tools; including word processors spreadsheets presentation graphics databases virtual meetings team collaboration software project tracking and databases.
Knowledge of Linux software.
Preferred experience with CCTT One Semi-Automated Forces (OneSAF) Software.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to identify and define problems gather and analyze relevant data establish facts and draw sound logical conclusions.
