Requirements (Education Experience Licensure Certification): - High school diploma or GED and 3 years of work related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:- Associates degree and 2 years of work experience in case management or the Clerks Office.
Special Working Conditions and/or Hazards:- Employees work indoors and are protected from weather conditions or contaminants but not necessarily occasional temperature changes.
Job Duties:- Enters and retrieves data from JCMS in conjunction with managing multiple and sometimes complex clerical procedures and processes.
- Screens and processes remote filing via fax or email complaints motions juvenile protection orders expungements sealings record checks and ancillary actions for cases and custody visitation paternity support dependency adult misdemeanors delinquent unruly and traffic cases.
- Manages multiple complex and clerical procedures and processes. Process fax and email filings accurately and efficiently.
- Maintains general working knowledge of all Court departments and a detailed working knowledge of the Case Management and Clerks Office functions.
- Print time-stamp journalize and scan email and fax filings.
- Assists callers by discerning the nature and their case and explaining procedural options.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance.

- Must possess project/process management skills/abilities which include: Ability to perform all duties in an organized and efficient manner; Ability to process legal documents with speed and accuracy.

- Must possess knowledge and understanding of: Legal vernacular and procedures Juvenile Court Administrative Procedures and Court documents with special focus on Case Management and Clerks Office.
