Are you ready to make your mark in the beauty industry while inspiring the future of cosmetology professionals At Paul Mitchell Schools Cincinnati we are looking for a full-time Licensed Esthetician Instructor to join our full-time team in Saronville OH. This isnt just a teaching role-its a chance to mentor motivate and mold tomorrows esthetics leaders.
THE BASICS
Pay: With competitive pay ranging from $18 to $20 per hour.
Schedule: This is a full-time cosmetology position. This role offers the consistency of a full-time schedule allowing you to focus on building strong relationships with students and contributing to their growth throughout the program.

YOUR DAY AS A LICENSED ESTHETICIAN INSTRUCTOR
Each day will begin by setting the tone for learning through engaging lessons based on our well-established esthetics curriculum. You will guide students through a wide range of techniques and procedures from skincare treatments to waxing all while supporting their development and performance in a positive encouraging environment. Beyond the classroom you will work side by side with students in guest services helping them prepare for real-world success in the beauty industry. Your passion professionalism and mentorship will help students gain the confidence and skills they need to thrive leaving a lasting impact on their careers and lives.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A LICENSED ESTHETICIAN INSTRUCTOR
- Current Ohio instructor license
- Strong knowledge of the esthetics industry
- Positive attitude and team player attitude
