Job Description

The ARPS ELL program is seeking a highly qualified teacher to provide engaging and intensive English Language Development instruction for a small group of students in grade 9-12 this summer. The program will support vocabulary oral language development and literacy skills to expand the learning opportunities for our emerging bilingual should have experience in the planning and instruction of language and literacy skills and the ability to differentiate for different levels within the group.

Teacher qualifications:

  • MA DESE licensure in ESL 5-12
  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Bilingual/ bicultural preferred

Salary:$53.00 per hour for 5 hours daily (8:15-1:15)

Program Dates:Monday July 1- Thursday July 31 2025 TBD 3 or 4 weeks. Students attend 8:30am-1:00pm and the program includes breakfast and lunch for students.
