Job Description
Are you detail-oriented organized and possess a knack for translating complex information into engaging learning materials Were seeking a Learning Content Builder to join our team and transform written instructions into effective eLearning modules job aids and other educational resources for adults.
In this entry level role you will be instrumental in creating high-quality learning content including e-learning modules interactive activities job aids handouts presentations and other media that support our employees development.
You will work within established quality standards processes and timeframes to deliver resources that enhance understanding and performance.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
A strong attention to detail.
Ability to think critically and provide innovative approaches to enhance learning experiences.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management skills are needed to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to quickly adapt to new tools technologies and changes in project requirements.
Problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles in building effective learning solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A high school diploma is required.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint design and animation is essential.
Experience with other content creation tools such as Knowtion Powtoon Idea team Canva and Brainshark or the ability to quickly learn new tools is a plus.
Computer skills including proficiency in G-Suite.
Physical attendance at the worksite is required.
