How you will make an impact:
The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for supporting the Director of Nursing in overall management compliance and success of the assisted living clinical services program licensed by the Department of Health. The Assistant Director of Nursing will ensure that all clinical staff are trained budgets are maintained and act as a liaison between residents their families and our care staff. You will be responsible for ensuring that the initiation of services is seamless and that personalized care plans are up to date to reflect the residents needs and desires.
Schedule is typically Monday-Friday Day Shift. NO on-call requirements with weekends and holidays off.
What you will need:
- Minnesota Registered Nurse in good standing
- Nursing experience in Assisted Living or senior care for 1 year minimum
- Current CPR certification.
