Saint Thomas the Apostle Catholic School is seeking a part-time school office manager to perform a variety of support activities essential to a growing school. The ideal candidate will provide clerical support manage a multitude of tasks simultaneously be the first point of contact during the school day on both the phones and the main entrance manage attendance database process invoices track hourly employees schedule activities through our scheduling software manage calendars report illnesses to the health department and other duties as necessary. Candidates must support the teachings of the Catholic Church. This is a part time position.
