Compensation: $27.49-$36.44.Offer rate is commensurate with experience. Comprehensive benefits package.
Additional Compensation: 10% premium $100 When scheduled On-Call for a 24hr period

We are the behavioral health organization responsible for the delivery of mental health substance abuse treatment coordination and developmental disabilities services for Kent County. We need individuals who are passionate about making a difference by helping others.
We are seeking an ACT therapist to be responsible for Person-Centered Planning to develop an Individual Plan of Service. Provide on-going linking coordinating and monitoring of services within the standards of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) evidence-based model. Provide evidence based trauma and recovery focused therapy to clients of Network180s ACT team.
This is a full-time position Monday Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with rotating on call shifts. The employee will work in-person at our ACT Department location: 1131 Ionia Ave. NW Grand Rapids MI 49503.
