The Network Development Reporting & Analytics role supports the CNH dealer networks through analyzing markets mapping and provide support to key brand dealer and customer-first initiatives. This role supports North America dealer network quality and performance improvements that impact the Companys annual wholesale whole goods settlement volume.
Responsibilities
- Lead CNH culture transformation and champion a customer first mentality in everyday work and projects
- Build and annually evaluate a network plan in coordination with peers and leadership to improve dealer sustainability and brand representation
- Complete comprehensive state level analysis to aid peers and leadership in choosing targets and consolidators for the CNH dealer network
- Budget complete payments and track payments made to our dealer network by Network Development
- Work on key initiatives to support CNH strategy and growth opportunity including the Strategic Business Plan and Strategic Deployment Project(s)
- Provide business and financial modeling for dealers that require improved market representation and brand performance
- Analyze underserved coverage areas with industry opportunity identify nearby dealers or non-competitive businesses in those areas to target for expansion and track progress on setting up those new locations to improve Brand coverage
- Conduct modeling to find the right measures to ensure the future of our dealer network and help identify dealers that are good partners to CNH
- Create easy to use and comprehensive dashboards to help peers build network action business cases that are presented to senior management
- Furnish reporting to leadership to assess competitive circumstances effective coverage and network trending
- Produce partial county assignment tracking mechanism to ensure that the network has proper area of responsibility
- Collaborate/Develop all network development commercial and dealer performance reporting dashboards mapping and portals.
- Geospatial (GIS)- Perform desktop application development and code maintenance Provides desktop client application support.
- Performs desktop application performance tuning.
- Provides user training services.
- Performs troubleshooting on custom application problems.
- Data model designWorks with GIS analysts to develop logical data structures for applications.
This position pays: $72000 - $97000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors such as skill experience and qualification for the role.)
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Finance Accounting Agricultural Economics or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience(preferably in the AG or CE industries) in a reporting and analytics role implementing Power BI and geospatial tools.
- 2 years of Geospatial experience
- Expert level in Word Excel PowerPoint and Power BI skills
